Very Good
Good location, friendly stuff , clean, refrigerator. Basically you have all you need. 
Small bathroom, when you take shower, everything around gets wet.

Good value for money option
The location is very convenient (5 mins walk to skytrain, one of the main public transport trains) with plenty of food options, nightlife and a couple of grocery stores nearby. English is not the strong asset of the staff but it was helpful in any way it could. The food options on the ground floor restaurant were very tasty and cheap. The room was comfortable and spacious with all the necessities for short and long stays, at least for one person.
The 'soundproof' ad. wasn't quite valid as all the corridor and neighboring room sounds were passing through quite vividly, even the one on the other side of the corridor when someone was talking loudly on his phone. There were quite a few times that I woke up from door slams or the cleaning staff when getting to work early am. Also there were the train sounds as the room was facing the train line, this was a bit more mild and could get used to after a while.
